Meet Our Founder
Founded by Janice Ross Banks, our nonprofit organization was born out of a deep passion for community service and a desire to make a tangible difference in the lives of those facing re-entry challenges. Janice recognized the unique hurdles that veterans and formerly incarcerated individuals encounter when returning to society. With her leadership, the foundation focuses on addressing these challenges holistically, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need in all aspects of their lives.
